ST LOUIS, Mo. -- The work of a Missouri artist has made its way into the White House.
Apparently President Donald Trump is a fan of Andy Thomas.
We are down here in the southwestern portion of Missouri near Carthage where you'll find a creative artist by the name of Andy Thomas I'm going to move out of the way.
These are some of his latest creations. An all star lineup of presidential figures across the decades that have landed in the White House.
It's the painting that has everyone talking Andy Thomas portrait entitled "The Republican Club."
Apparently a version is hanging in Washington DC. in the White House.
Thomas has criss-crossed the country as an artist showcasing his work at art shows nationwide.
But it was his first political painting in 2007 "Grand Ole Gang" and "True Blues" featuring a who's who of American presidents.
While Thomas is creating a new work for the modern day, his painting the Republican party was gifted from Representative Darrell Issa from California to President Donald Trump
The 45th President liked it so much he hung the artwork in his working office and he called to tell Thomas how much he enjoyed his painting.
"So I try to make everybody good looking if I can and happy," Thomas said. "They really feel good painting so. You know it's supposed to be like you want to be there listening to talk you know kind of a painting."
Well don't let anyone fool you. This is the original the Republican Club. The other one is hanging in the White House. This one Democratic Club you can see that well here is the original as well. Now if you're interested in Andy Thomas prints you can go to his website at Andy Thomas dot com and find out more about his political prints and I believe he might be making some more in the not too distant future.

I'm not a filmmaker, and doing it this way gives me one more day to spend painting. Plus I think it makes my voice, which one of my commenters described as "a stoned robot" years ago (thanks), more natural. And I apologize for the UMs etc. I'm not a professional broadcaster, either.
Thanks to everyone who's stuck around while I was hibernating! If you'd like to read more about my process and get updates on my work, please know that I post about that weekly on Patreon. If you'd like to support what I do, you can join my pals there for as little as $1/month. :)
